2. How to use PUR hot melt adhesive: Before using PUR hot melt adhesive, after unpacking, you will find a layer of aluminum foil inside. This layer of aluminum foil is to prevent the glue from contacting with moisture in the air to prevent the glue from deteriorating. In the process of heating treatment, do not tear off this layer of aluminum foil, in order to play an important role in protection.
3.PUR hot melt adhesive is usually placed on the PUE hot melt adhesive machine to complete the whole process of preheating, heating and distribution. During preheating, the warm clothing can be kept at 90-110 degrees, the temperature of the heating system can be kept at 120 degrees, and do not use more than 130 degrees. If the temperature requirement is too high, it may affect the burst of the hot melt adhesive. Therefore, we need to control the heating temperature. At the same time, China's aluminum foil can also ensure that PUR hot melt adhesive will not explode completely by itself, hurting the management personnel. The heated polyurethane hot melt adhesive should be used up within 8 hours, otherwise it will affect the performance of the adhesive.
2 Note before dispensing PUR hot melt adhesive:
1.PUR hot melt adhesive must be restored to room temperature for 4 hours (it can be stored at ambient temperature according to different enterprises).
2.PUR hot melt adhesive must be preheated, do not remove the aluminum foil (label)(110 degrees 10 minutes to 20 minutes).
3. After removing the PUR hot melt adhesive from the preheating tube, the hard glue on the top and tail of the hose must be picked out before use; (industrial ovens can also be used for preheating).
4. All parts to be applied should be cleaned and ensure that the performance of the workpiece is dry and there are no obvious signs of oil or dust contamination.
3 PUR hot melt adhesive dispensing note:
1. The distributed temperature and pressure vary from project to project, but the temperature must be controlled between 110 degrees ± 10 degrees, and the pressure must be controlled between 0.3MP and 0.6MP.
2. Use metal needles as much as possible, and the inner diameter of the needle tip (spiral processing thread) shall not be less than 0.3MM (plastic steel structure integrated needle can also be used).
3. After installing the needle nozzle each time, please discharge about 0.1ML of glue by yourself to ensure the normal operation without glue.
4. The length of the needle tip exposed outside the heater should not exceed 3MM, because the needle tip is exposed for too long and the needle position temperature is too low, which affects the quality of the glue.
