Precautions for the use of textile compound glue:
1. Construction conditions: When using textile compound glue, the surrounding temperature and humidity should be considered, which has a great influence on the textile compound glue. In addition, before use, the textile compound glue should be stirred evenly.
2. Surface requirements: Before construction, the traces of the bonded items must be cleaned, and there must be no dust, grease, rust, moisture, etc.
3. Glue: different items with different amounts of glue. After coating, it is necessary to wait for the solvent in the textile compound glue to volatilize before use.
4. Air drying: The purpose of this is to allow the solvent in the textile compound glue to continue to volatilize, thereby increasing the viscosity and improving the quality of the textile compound glue.
5. Pressure: In the bonding process, it is necessary to exert the viscosity of the textile composite glue to a large extent. Fortunately, applying a certain amount of pressure on the article can improve the bonding quality of the textile compound.
6. The bonding temperature of the general textile compound adhesive is 255 and the humidity is 55%-75%. Be sure to stir well before use.
7. Textile compound glue should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, the temperature is too high, the sealing is not good, the exposure time is too long, or the solvent is too large, it is not suitable for smearing. Please dilute with toluene and ethyl acetate, mix well before use.
8. When the temperature of winter textile compound glue is lower than -15, gel phenomenon may occur, affecting the use. But after heating to 15-30 can be restored to the original state, the performance remains unchanged. The heating method can be soaked in hot water of 30-50. Textile compound rubber is made of chloroprene rubber, usually with benzene, toluene, xylene as solvent, yellow viscous.
