Application of a large number of organic solvent evaporation and additives in textile compound adhesive
Textile composite rubber is a series of functional products that thermally polymerize maleic anhydride by melting method through isoprene rubber such as elastomer materials, polypropylene and polyethylene plastics. With its characteristics of both positive and negative electrodes and non-polarity, it is mainly used in isoprene rubber and polyester thermosol to improve the bonding force and riveting compressive strength of thermosol on difficult-to-stick raw materials, which include metal materials, laminated glass, isoprene rubber, polyester, wood, paper materials, etc.
With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry, textile compound rubberIt has been widely used in every industry, including automobile industry, electronic and electrical, medical machinery, wood, shoes, textiles, industrial production and other industries, which has brought standards and guarantees for the rapid development of social economy. However, while the adhesive industry promotes economic development, it will also bring various ecological and environmental problems: the evaporation of a large number of organic solvents in textile compound glue and the application of additives will not only harm people's health but also continue to destroy the ozone layer, therefore, the development trend of low-carbon environmental protection adhesive is the general trend of the development of adhesive industry. The research and development trend of environmental protection textile composite adhesive: water-soluble, solvent-free, solid, low extremely toxic, recycled rubber, inorganic adhesive, etc. Since there is no organic solvent, the solid adhesive has become the mainstream direction of product research and development of environmental protection adhesive.
The hot sol is mainly composed of adhesive material, tackifier, filler, antioxidant and other modifiers. The adhesive material is composed of thermoplastic or plastic as the leading raw material. According to the difference of the main raw materials, it is divided into isoprene rubber, polyester, acrylic resin, polyurethane material and high-pressure polyethylene butyl acrylate hot sol.

For isoprene rubber thermosol, it has no positive and negative electrodes but riveted non-polar materials, and has poor adhesion to metal materials, wood, paper, laminated glass, polyester and other polar materials. The performance of raw materials limits the application field of isoprene rubber thermosol. According to the introduction of polar materials, the application field of isoprene rubber thermosol is greatly expanded.
For the leading epoxy resin or modified materials of isoprene rubber hot sol on metal materials, PA and other polar materials have improved the bonding force. The thermosol of modified materials can be applied to ppr pipes and nylon hoses for gas transportation, and has the basic function of long-term and effective corrosion prevention. It can be used for extrusion of double-layer pipe fittings, adhesive layer in composite bags, adhesive layer in sandwich board die, textile products such as clothing and shoes, furniture, safety protection electrostatic powder, outer packaging glue and other commodities, and then widely used in outer packaging, vehicles, industrial production, textiles, and construction industries.
